Job Description

We have an exciting new Permanent Procurement Administrator role commencing ASAP or will wait a 4-week notice period. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator who has interest in getting into the procurement space.

  • Permanent role commencing ASAP or will wait a 4-week notice period
  • Up to $67,000K depending on experience
  • CBD location
  • Must have a valid vaccination pass
  • Open to strong administrators who have interest in the procurement area

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping coordinate within the team and support as required
  • Helping organise conferences, morning teas and meetings
  • Requests are coming through an inbox and internal system - fine with prioritising and managing email inboxes
  • Proven customer service experience - ability to confidently pick up the phone and speak with people
  • Creating reports

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Strong administration skills, within a government agency is advantageous where there is a high volume of processing needing to be done
  • Someone who has good attention to detail
  • Someone who has good customer skills
  • Someone who is a natural problem solver

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
  • Live in Wellington - CBD, Lower Hutt or Porirua locations
