About the Role:

The role is responsible for the day to day management of business procurement needs for our multiple sites and storage locations with key tasks being purchase order processing, goods receipting, invoice processing, processing of stock movement in and out of storage locations and assisting with other tasks within the wider procurement team as required. This role is part time and 30hrs a week.

Where no two days will be the same, your highly organised approach and excellent attention to detail would be key to your success in this role. There will be multiple deadlines to meet each month. 

Skills and Experience:

Forging strong relationships with internal stakeholders in our multiple site format will be critical to ensure seamless communication and service to our sites.

You will need good verbal and written communication skills.  Ideally, you will have experience in purchasing or supplier chain related roles, and strong administration experience will also be considered.

You will be a team player working in a team of procurement administrators and hold strong customer service ethos with “can do” attitude, including:

  • Previous experience in a similar or a client-facing customer service role
  • Experience in financial systems including raising POs, invoicing, and claims
  • A high level of proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with accurate data entry and administration support
