 More Green Energy PTY LTD is an Engineering company in the renewable energy segment and expanding its horizons in the field of the solar industry since last several years. The company deals with the installation of the solar system to withstand the electricity requirement of the premise.

Now we are looking for a highly skilled Full-Time Process Engineering Technologist (2 Positions) to join our growing company on a Full-time basis.  This position is based in Girraween NSW 2145.

The ideal Process Engineering Technologist is someone who will align with our goal to always strive to improve, involve and achieve greater results.

Our Engineering Technologist will be responsible for optimizing and coordination the company’s Solar Panel manufacturing process and associated factory operations.

Duties:

• Monitoring and Optimizing production (and associated costs)
• Designing and manipulating our printing and associated machinery, settings and process using engineering knowhow to solve problems and ensure required production outcomes are effectively achieved.
• Documenting all requirements including drafting specifications, machinery plans and as required modifications necessary to be made to plant, machinery and our process to ensure required outcome is achieved.
• Monitoring the operation and maintenance of industrial, mechanical, electronic and other relevant equipment and process used in production to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and safety is achieved not only in production but as necessary other processes involved in delivery of final product to clients
• Utilize engineering principles to delivery risk and harm minimization strategies as these relate to the panel manufacturing process and specifically the newly introduced product which is within the remit of this role.
• Monitor manufacturing process to ensure procedures are aligned with appropriate engineering best practice and safety regulation.
• Perform test procedures when required reviewing test reports and material certification to ensure quality assurance.
• Managing required inputs for effective manufacturing process to take place including setting cost parameters and ensuring these are aligned with agreed budgets.
• As required organize and manage projects related to new processes, machinery, or equipment commissioning
• Maintaining the required work performances, overseeing handling of production waste
• Establish and supervise specifications for manufacture to ensure the quality and other requirements are met.

Skills and Attributes:

• Bachelor degree level qualifications in engineering or other comparable and relevant field
• At least 3 years previous experiences as an engineering technologist
• Fast learner who understands and apply new knowledge and techniques.
• Excellent time management skills
• Be able to identify, analyze and solve problems
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Salary offer: AUD 55k - 75k + superannuation
