Having opinions and being outspoken are essential to your success but you'll also be open to others' points of view. You will provide feedback on architectural decisions and technical direction. You will often scout ahead on what's next and assess the feasibility and complexity of upcoming projects. You will collaborate with our Engineering Excellence team and, ultimately, will be a champion for technical excellence in everything you touch. You'll be an advocate for doing agile well and you'll drive continuous improvement with the team, the product and our processes.
