Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for establishing a manufacturing engineering infrastructure to manage quality issues at the system integrator, quality issues in the supply chain, driving continuous improvement in the supply chain and managing supply chain material excursions.

The position requires someone with in the quality systems and broad knowledge of semiconductor products supply chain.   A good understanding of IC fabrication, test, packaging, product engineering, test engineering and product quality management.  Candidates should have a passion for collaborating, organizing, managing supply and supply chains, and delivering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in IC product development and production in the areas product manufacturing in the areas for quality, test engineering, and product engineering.
• 10+years experience managing Semiconductor Manufacturing Supply chain
• 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Quality Management
• Experienced at working with OSATs to deliver products for development and production

• Experience in dealing with System Integration at Contract Manufactures
• Experience in establishing RMA procedures and capabilities
• Management of real time WIP excursion materials and line issues
• Good background in driving quality and cost improvement in the manufacturing supply chain
• Experience in high performance semiconductor products
• Ability to work independently, analyze problems and derive plan for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of the Semiconductor Product manufacturing
• Experience in Electrical and Physical Failure analysis
• Product and Test Engineering back ground
• Budgeting for sampling and supply chain build out
• Experience in business systems needed for vendors onboarding, part number allocation, PO management, invoice management.
