The Digital Transformation Platform (DTP) group is building the next generation of business applications as well as the data and AI platform that will help businesses large and small succeed in achieving their digital transformation agenda. The products we are responsible for include Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure AI Platform, Azure Data Platform, Azure IoT Platform and other SaaS applications and workloads.

The DTP Operations team is looking for a dynamic program management leader to own and drive a set of key division-wide initiatives. As a leader of the program, you will drive initiatives end-to-end, from setting the vision and roadmap to delivery and user adoption. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team for feature development and delivery. You will collaborate and influence a broad set of senior stakeholders across the division and company.

You will be part of a critical initiative across the Digital Transformation Platform Group, with a significant impact to the success of our business. This is an opportunity with high impact and visibility, and you will play a key role in ensuring that we build customer empathy, improve our products, and ensure that our customers and partners are successful.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Program Manager, you will:

• Lead a key initiative – analyze data to identify top areas of investment, get buy in from senior leadership, drive planning and execution across multiple teams.
• Set vision and roadmap for the project and get buy in from senior leadership
• Drive improvements and advocacy of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform products via multiple forums such as blog posts, newsletters, videos, and events
• Own reporting and communication - to senior executives, partner teams, customers, and partners
• Strong cross group collaboration skills are a must as this position requires partnership and engagement across business units at all levels within Microsoft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master’s in business administration or equivalent
• A track record of at least 7 years professional experience successfully driving projects with cross-company and/or cross-industry stakeholders 
• Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see-through big challenges.
• Demonstrated visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
