The Customer Growth & Readiness team supports initiatives aimed to grow and accelerate the business from new user acquisition through to customer retention and expansion. Responsibilities

We are looking for a Principal PM Manager to lead customer growth and product readiness across Dynamics 365 Customer Service. By increasing our focus on growth and readiness, we have an incredible opportunity to positively improve implementation, usage and adoption gaps for our customers and partners.  This role will require deep connections across the product group, the field, partners and our customers.   

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead analyst engagements on behalf the product and engineering organizations including but not limited to rated research, product demonstrations and analyst inquiries. 
  • Build deep relationships with the SI/ISV partner community and deliver ongoing visibility and enablement of new features, functionality and vision
  • Be a point of contact for customer engagements and maintain close connections with our most strategic customers 
  • Capture and communicate ongoing use cases, value scenarios and product feedback gathered from customers, partners and our field.
  • Amplify partner and customer wins and success stories throughout the product team
  • Ensure our field and partners are fully enabled across the breadth of capabilities and can clearly articulate the value of our offerings by partnering with marketing, field enablement and our partners. 
  • Ensure product readiness activities including documentation, webinars, how-to videos, MS Learn content and more are released on time, with high adoption and amplified across all internal channels.

 

The right candidate will possess a strong Product/Program Management background, will have demonstrated experience in leading large scale/cross functional initiatives, can proactively manage upstream dependencies, communicate to C-suite executives, manage direct customer relationships and will have a well-rounded technical background.  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience with Customer Service or other business applications (Dynamics 365, CRM apps, ERP, etc.)
  • 3+ years of people management experience

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Customer and partner obsessed and deeply passionate about creating great end user experiences  
  • Ability to build strong relationships across organizational boundaries to drive consistent messaging and collaboration
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills with cross-functional organizations, customers and upper level management 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, possess the ability react to situations quickly and decisively, not afraid to make decisions 
  • Experience with Contact Center technologies
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
