Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working with customers, partners, and experts across Microsoft. The ideal candidate will love taking on big challenges and working to align diverse teams to a common outcome. 

 

Responsibilities:

·      Engage with our community and colleagues to identify opportunities and problems, and to validate our ideas and solutions

·      Create clarity by leading conceptualization of our solution areas; define feature specs that clearly map out customer problems with feature requirements and success metrics

·      Create energy by amplifying the voice of our community and by co-oping partner teams to contribute to our solutions

·      Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex projects, track all deliverables throughout our cycles, and communicate progress and learnings with leadership and partner teams 

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

·      5+ years Program or Project Management experience.

·      5+ years of professional experience in the computer software industry or services industry with experience in product development.

·      2+ years of experience managing security related projects across groups, divisions or teams. 

 
Preferred Qualifications:

·      Strong technical program management experience on cloud engineering products / projects, preferably with Microsoft’s cloud platforms, including Azure, Dynamics, and Office.

·      Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a focus on creating positive, trusting relationships with colleagues and partners. 

·      Demonstrated expertise with agile engineering approaches, especially in the role of Product Owner.

·      Ability to define and solve complex problems, communicate to senior decision makers in a clear, compelling way, and drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large organization.
