Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Build, motivate and manage a team of high performing individuals
  • Deliver on large scale technical projects to support complex business requirements spanning multiple business units
  • Drive strategic planning, stakeholder alignment and executive communications to support business transformation initiatives
  • Define product vision and strategy
  • Define the feature set and iterate with multiple designs with Design and Software Engineering as required
  • Design top level metrics (OKR’s) to measure impact of programs, and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations to key decision makers at various management levels
  • Recruit talent that will help us continue to drive world class experiences across Finance and Operations 
  • Identify short- and long-term investment opportunities, evaluating trade-offs and driving the product roadmap

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Software Design, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
  • 4+ years people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
