We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to deliver upon beachhead development work, integrated into key parts of the Microsoft platform and working closely with Industry-centric ISVs and partners. The role will require the Product management of engineering work in tight collaboration with 3rd-party ISVs, focusing on integration of these industry leading ISV applications on key Microsoft cloud platforms, including Azure infrastructure, Azure Data services, low-code/no-code platforms like PowerApps/PowerBI, Teams/Azure Communication Services, and Security. The expectation of the role is to partner with various product teams to deeply understand our Microsoft cloud capabilities, gaps and roadmap, then collaborate with 3rd-parties to solution their application and infrastructure requirements and direct the ISV engineering team to build repeatable horizontal capabilities (frameworks, solutions and services) to drive industry ISV solution adoption through the maturity curve. The role works closely with vertical engineering teams, marketing, GTM teams to collaborate as needed from a technical perspective in partnership deals with the partners.

Responsibilities

• • Directing the strategy with a specific set of engineering/architecture resources to support the top ISV applications by industry.
• Execute on sprints to improve maturity of top ISVs by Industry with a prioritized focus based upon architecture created for top customer scenarios by industry.
• Deliver engineering solutions and architecture workshops with ISVs in Azure Infra, Data, PowerApps, Security, and Teams/ACS. Focus on execution and outcomes and learning.
• Track and Share engineering feedback on integration challenges or opportunities with the core owning engineering teams.
• Support e2e architecture view of customer scenario with Microsoft and ISV integration for top scenarios.
• Develop architecture patterns of success and scale for industry ISV applications on Microsoft cloud

Qualifications

• PM experience, such as working closely with architects, developers and operators building, shipping, operating and growing cloud-based services.
• Experience working directly with TDMs in ISVs and customers in enterprise and digital native customer segments
• Ability to conceptualize, visualize and land compelling product integration journeys with partners and drive engineering to build solutions and services to realize these journeys.
• Strong inclusive leadership, with proven track record with engineering and collaboration. History of successfully coordinating cross-team projects and collaborating with partners, both internal and external
• Track record of making trade-offs, negotiating, and building consensus, all while keeping the project goals in mind
