We’ve started the search for a Pricing Analyst to support the delivery of our Private Medical Insurance (PMI) strategy. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to be based remotely - with occasional travel to your closest Aviva office.

The role supports our Large Corporate portfolio, which is a key strategic asset for the Health business.

It is a highly analytical position which also requires business partnering with our Sales & Distribution teams to optimise proposition development and pricing decisions to ensure delivery of financial targets.

Some of the day-to-day duties will involve:

• Making scheme level decisions on technical pricing adjustments within authority and recommendations on schemes outside of authority

• Making pricing recommendations to the Health Insurance Risk Forum on Large Corporate pricing philosophy approach and assumptions

• Making pricing recommendations to the Health Insurance Risk Forum on Large Corporate new product development

• Providing regular and ad hoc large Corporate MI

Skills & experience we’re looking for:

• Numerical A-Level/degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Able to demonstrate strong technical/mathematical skills with strong analytical capability

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAS experience advantageous

• High levels of enthusiasm with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
