Job Responsibilities

• Manage the accuracy of the Lubricants Price Book 
• Maintains accuracy of the Lubricants Price Book by remaining in regular contact with the points of supply
• Implement unit product code (UPC), cost, product description and size updates in the system as communicated by vendors.


• Analyse and identify slow moving products and recommend for de-listing or inactivating.


• Investigate and notifies Managers and plants on UPC, product description and size, cost and retail price discrepancies found.
• Perform corrective action to any discrepancies found related to UPC, product description and size, cost and retail price.
• Manages and maintain distributors’ Agreement, ensuring accuracy and adherence as stipulated on it.
• Implement hierarchy approval related to price book.
• Administer new distributors / customers registration, reviewing pertinent documents as per the company’s requisites.
• Perform system entry and facilitate timely activation of new customers with the relevant internal functions. 
• Initiate, recommend and supervise price book system enhancement to make the process more accurate and efficient and meet current business requirements.


• Manage POSM stocks, replenishment and dispatchment to distributors


• Monitor and record SPA & BD budget against marketing accruals and spend 
• Compile and record products and origins for new listings, de-listings and inactivation of items.
• Prepare sales data information required by the managers
• Maintain Process Manual update and support ISO /EMS certification
• Execute 100% Process Manual adherence.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a graduate with business degree
• 3 to 5 years’ experience with data and analytics in a sales environment
• Proficient in SAP modules 
• Believes in importance of accuracy and integrity of the MIS
