About the role
This is a 1-year fixed term, working 3 hours per day for 4 days per week.

This is key role in the delivery of service to our children and parents, and will see you involved in the following:

• Managing the Preschool’s enrolment and administrative systems
• Ensuring the highest possible standards of customer service are delivered to our parents and stakeholders
• Responding to parents’ queries 
• Ensuring office and other Preschool supplies are ordered, managed and maintained
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure an appropriate operational relationship is maintained

Skills & experience

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is competent with the MS Suite and accurate data maintenance skills
• Has a passion for children and education
• Is reliable, calm and a collaborative team Player  
• Is a strong communicator
