The purpose of this role 

 The Technical Specialist (also known as Presales) is a key member of the Business Applications sales pursuit team and is a strategic thinker, proactive problem solver, sales & technical roadblock resolver displaying a growth mindset with deep functional and technical knowledge in the workload.​

 â€‹The following are the role responsibilities for the Microsoft Business Applications Technical Specialist:​ â€‹

• Assist Business Applications Sales Specialist in RFP Response and in Envisioning Solution â€‹
• Design Customer-centric Solution Aligned with Envisioned Solution & Business Value​
• Deliver a Customer-centric Demonstration​
• Work with Customer Success / Partner Team on Roadmap to success for our customers

What skills do you need to have?

 To deliver on responsibilities in helping customers grow their long-term capabilities through increased utilisation of Microsoft products, you will have the following traits and abilities:​

• Experience and ability to explain key solutions and architectures in the CRM business applications space ​
• Organisational, presentation, and solution demonstration skills through storytelling â€‹
• Experience engaging with executives â€‹
• Consultative Selling and Challenger mindset. Validated experience in consultative selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customer's problems and being customer focused. â€‹
• Experience and passion for learning; trying, failing and learning from that; sharing practices and knowledge for others’ benefits
