In executing this role, the Precast / Prestress Foreman will ensure that work is completed in a safe manner and that the resources of the company are utilised in the best way possible providing technical support, guidance, and assistance in coordinating the activities of our Precast Facility.

Additionally, you must have hands on site management and will have managed teams of professionals and projects within a Precast / Pre-Stress environment.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Extensive experience in Precast / Pre-Stress facility
Hands on site management within a Precast facility
Strong relationship building skills and ability to relate to a variety of people
Level 1 and/or level 2 Precast Qualification
Completion or working towards Supervisor Level 4 Qualification
