We have a vacancy for a PT manager at a well established progressive general practice working with allied health in Kurri Kurri and Port Stephens 

 *Essential qualifications*:

• Highly motivated to work in a collaborative team of people keen to provide excellent traditional person-centered health care, Intelligence to deal with dynamic changes in systems and processes * Experience in managing a team of professionals and reception staff (HR and contract expertise) * Exceptional communication skills in diverse situations
• Ability to deal with uncertainty, flexibility and change
• Experience with word, excel and tech-savvy as we have a number of innovative practice management to interface with our patients
• Highly skilled in organizing and completing time management and prioritization skills
• Some financial experience necessary

Qualifications in management and business, qualifications in practice management, clinical background or experience in a clinical.
