Job Description

Position Summary As a part of a team, you will act as a major Project/Program manager who provide consistent, high quality services to EY Americas Assurance team. Your main tasks would involve providing PM capability in a fast-paced environment, includes managing multiple projects, milestone & action-tracking, dashboard management and analysing performance. Additionally, you will require to design senior executive storyboards, coordinating with relevant teams and leaders to set-up/plan and run key stakeholder meetings, collate project-related collaterals like PPT decks and reports that will be shared with the Leadership

Skills Requirement

Essential skills

  • Experience of Managing end-to-end projects and strategic benefit-focussed programs, identifying, and tracking benefits delivery.
  • Corporate experience with at least 5+ years of Project Management and working with senior leadership & cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills, would be required to support senior leadership on the following tasks:
  • Create Terms of Reference / charters, with benefit/outcome focus
  • Monitor Project Triple constraints - Time, Cost & Scope; to ensure completion of project deliverables.
  • Extensive experience in creating executive storyboards, PPT presentation packs, reports, and trend analysis
  • Organize and Manage team and project calls and meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables and approvals for project stakeholders and task owners
  • Manage project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule; use of PM software to track and manage portfolio ofprojects
  • Ensure that tasks are delivered as per committed deadlines (SLA/KPIs)
  • Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project tasks
  • Analyse and prepare performance reports that narrates the trend observations made in the Portfolio
  • Organize and monitor team shared mailboxes and calendars

Desired technical skills

• Be proficient in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office

• Knowledge in Project Management methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc

• PMP/Prince Certification would be an added advantage

• Knowledge in Project Management tools

• Knowledge managing SharePoint site

• Maintain/update all project related trackers e.g Project plan, action log, Risk tracker, budget tracker etc.

• Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs

• Be self-driven and motivated, integrate with all team members, and take the initiative to proactively manage and drive the team's projects and deliverables

Other requirements

• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

• Responsible for supporting PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects.

• Engaging and managing stakeholder priorities across US Eastern Time Zone, Service Lines and Areas.

• Prepare Dashboards and analyse trends

• Prepare Portfolio Performance analysis reports that highlights the strategic goals achieved in the duration of the report

• Manage the project Teams and SharePoint sites

• Creates value to clients independently- bringing excellent project and change management skills and past client experiences

• Deploys consulting best practice knowledge and techniques when undertaking work

• Performs rapid assessment of current landscape for clients and can provide insights around hypotheses and solutions

• As a team member, assists in providing smooth delivery of internal project/program outcomes

• Acts as a coach to client staff to support embedding capability

• Develops and manages knowledge for use across internal projects and the EY communities.
