Job Description
Position Summary As a part of a team, you will act as a major Project/Program manager who provide consistent, high quality services to EY Americas Assurance team. Your main tasks would involve providing PM capability in a fast-paced environment, includes managing multiple projects, milestone & action-tracking, dashboard management and analysing performance. Additionally, you will require to design senior executive storyboards, coordinating with relevant teams and leaders to set-up/plan and run key stakeholder meetings, collate project-related collaterals like PPT decks and reports that will be shared with the Leadership

• Be proficient in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
• Knowledge in Project Management methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc
• PMP/Prince Certification would be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Project Management tools
• Knowledge managing SharePoint site

• Prepare Dashboards and analyse trends
• Prepare Portfolio Performance analysis reports that highlights the strategic goals achieved in the duration of the report
• Manage the project Teams and SharePoint sites
• Creates value to clients independently- bringing excellent project and change management skills and past client experiences
• Deploys consulting best practice knowledge and techniques when undertaking work
• Performs rapid assessment of current landscape for clients and can provide insights around hypotheses and solutions
• As a team member, assists in providing smooth delivery of internal project/program outcomes
• Acts as a coach to client staff to support embedding capability
• Develops and manages knowledge for use across internal projects and the EY communities.
