The company we have aligned with are a multidisciplinary consultancy operating within the residential development market company who have been designing residential projects in Auckland for over 17 years. They have built a solid internal design database, a good client base, and a hard earned positive reputation within the real estate industry, especially in the Chinese market.

What you'll need to succeed

2+ year resource consent planning experience

Ability to produce preliminary

Feasibility studies for subdivisions for new clients

Ability to complete Assessment of Environmental Effect reports

Experience with responses to S92 preferred

Scheme plan and shadow study experience preferred but not required

The Role

You will need to have the knowledge and understanding of how to check the Auckland Unitary Plan e.g. zoning requirements, setbacks. Part of your role will also include resource consent application documentation. You will also be expected to make site visits with senior company staff and discuss issues with Auckland Council Planners (mostly virtual meetings now)
