Your role

• Working with participants living with a disability and supporting them achieve their goals through assessment, planning and intervention.
• Formulate and review intervention programs that encourage a variety of functional exercises to promote independence and achieve goals of NDIS participants.
• Create fantastic relationships with clients and staff.
• The passion to grow with a vibrant visionary team.
• Community home care providing care to participants in the home setting through implementing home based rehabilitation programs.
• Treat Musculoskeletal population in our MSK clinic (In Homebush or Pendle Hill).

What you need

• Current AHPRA Registration
