About the role: We are currently seeking a casual Pharmacy Retail Assistant for our store based at Balgowlah. The role can be flexible in the hours and days depending on your schedule.  

Role Requirements: 

• Pharmacy customer service & front of shop knowledge
• Provide continuous support and assistance to the schedule counter and other areas, exceptional customer service to all customers. 
• Assisting the managers in maintaining the correct stock levels, and preventing 'out of dates.'
• Maintain patient records in a professional and timely manner as directed by the pharmacist.
• Provide general administrative support as directed by the retail manager and pharmacist manager. 

Skills and Experience:

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Dedicated work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the business.

• Reliable, innovative, have a "can-do" attitude and a team-player

• An outgoing & welcoming personality

•  Previous pharmacy experience will be highly considered but its not essential
• Familiar with FRED software ( desirable but not essential)
• Good understanding of general pharmacy product knowledge and interest in health and pharmaceutical products will be highly considered.
• Basic computer skills.

Interest in health and passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential in order to be suitable for this role.
