Lismore Base Hospital are seeking enthusiastic self motivated Clinical Pharmacists to:

Provide Clinical Pharmacy services to the relevant Health Facility within the boundaries of relevant legislation and policies.

Permanent, temporary and casual positions are available.

If you have:

• Proven ability to participate as part of a multidisciplinary team and excellent communication skills
• Commitment to participate in ongoing professional development, education and Quality Improvement activities
• Experience in the provision of clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting is an advantage
