Remuneration: $24.10 - $30.13 per hour + 10% Super + NFP Packaging + Allowances & Reimbursements

Blue Care is actively seeking applications from Personal Carers for Community Care servicing in our Ipswich Community.

The Role:

You’ll provide care to your clients, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

With no two days ever the same, you’ll spend your time, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include:

• Personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
• Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

What you’ll need:

• Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability Support
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Current Australian drivers licence (provisional or open) and roadworthy vehicle
• Basic skills with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
