About Us:

41 Creative is part of a group of a property management entity which manages a portfolio of AirBnB/rental properties across NSW.

About the Position:

Due to increasing demands, the business currently seeks the support of an experienced Personal Assistant to provide its Director and operations with daily administrative assistance.

This position is full-time and ongoing, working 38 hours a week in Wamberal, NSW.

Main Tasks:

  • Liaising, coordinating and helping to organise Director’s schedules, agendas and overall administrative encumbrances in relation to the short-term tenancy and maintenance of properties;
  • Providing administrative support to Director, such as helping her with time and daily management, reviewing and coordinating calendars, submitting, editing and reviewing paperwork and requests, maintaining detailed notes, scheduling meetings and managing correspondences;
  • Liaising with other staff members on matters relating to the organisation’s operations;
  • Maintaining records, including financials (if applicable);
  • Compiling and processing information to generate reports;
  • Screening telephone calls and emails, and answering enquires;
  • Maintaining database (including financial compilation) relating to the management of said properties;
  • Supporting Social Media, Promotion & Marketing;
  • Managing orders.

Hiring Criteria:

In order to be successful in your new role, you will need to demonstrate:

Required Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • At least, 3 years’ work experience in an administrative role; and
  • Relevant Diploma-level qualification. Important: At least 3 years of relevant work experience may substitute for the formal qualification listed above.

Required Skills:

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities;
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability work within a small, dynamic and fast-paced team environment;
  • Flexibility to work on weekends (occasionally).
  • Availability and willingness to commit to full-time employment.
