Job Description

Bupa is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide a high level of administrative support to the Director of Digital Transformation and Digital Transformation team. This support includes ensuring an efficient, organised working environment for the team and ensuring effective administration support as necessary. This is a full time and hybrid role, work from home as well as our Melbourne CBD office.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

  • Ensure the Director is free to focus on leading their team by minimising and streamlining administrative work wherever possible.
  • Ensure a well organised working environment for the Director and team.
  • Respond to, and manage, competing or rapidly changing priorities.
  • Contribute to a high level of communication and teamwork.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop and maintain an effective 'virtual' team with the other Personal Assistants at Bupa.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in managing large teams
  • Effective administration and coordination skills including diary, travel, and email management
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint skills, and intermediate level of Microsoft Excel skills
  • Accurate word processing with attention to detail
