Job Description

Our Business

We are a small but successful sales & marketing business selling product all around NZ for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on offering our customers an expert, friendly service.

We are a motivated and effective company but we like to have fun and enjoy our day - also we give you a day off for your birthday!  

Hours:

4 hours per day x 5 days – Monday to Friday 

9am – 1pm normal hours but we can be flexible

Competitive renumeration aligned to knowledge and experience.

Based in our Judea office with free off-street parking

 

You Will Have:

  • Previous office administrative experience
  • Good computer literacy with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience using CRM software and Xero is an advantage but not essential
  • Knowledge of purchase orders, bills and accounts
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and energy to our marketing efforts: Phone, Email, Web and Direct Sales
  • Physical ability to package and label some deliveries  (max 12kg parcels)
  • Ability to learn our product range

An approximate breakdown would look like:

12 hours per week : Office Admin Tasks

6 hours per week: Marketing Tasks

2 hours per week: Packing and labelling product

This role is diverse, and no two days are ever the same. If you have a willingness to learn and the initiative to deal with day-to-day issues there is plenty of scope for this role to grow with the business.
