General activities include:

• Delivering first-class hardware and software planning, performs network management and administration, and provides technical advice and training to customers.
• Coordinating installation, deployment and upgrading of UPS approved software, hardware and infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting technology issues in a way that restores the right standard of service in the shortest timeframe.
• Managing the tech requirements of special programs and projects.
• Performing regular IT audits in multiple locations (i.e. UPS facilities, vendor facilities, and customer locations).

• Bachelor’s Degree in tech-based area
• A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
• CCENT Cisco Network Certification
• Clean Driving License is essential
• Out of Hours support may also be required
