A full time role is available for an experienced baker. Come work within a friendly, positive team at Bakers Delight in Rosebud Plaza, Rosebud on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

We typically run with 4 bakers per day, with start times between 5 and 6.30am doing 8hr shifts. While we are busy all year we are especially busy over the Summer tourist season.

Responsibilities

Mix, process and bake our wide range of bread products Operation of bakery equipment such as, mixing bowl, scales, dough divider, rounder, moulder, retarder/provers and ovens Ingredient ordering and receiving Ensure product quality is maintained at a high level Ensure cleanliness of the bakery and food safety is maintained at a high level Maintain Food Safety records Customer service as required

The applicant must live locally, within 30min of the shop and have own transport. Looking for someone positive, enthusiastic, reliable, someone who will care about doing the job right.
