- Work with business stakeholders, Business Analysts and architects for NFR management
- Lead programs with multiple projects for performance testing.
- Building Performance test and monitoring Strategies
- Proficient in managing large engagements.
- Non-Functional Requirements gathering & analysis.
- Non-Functional Requirements test planning.
- Develop/Review performance test scripts.
- Performance test environment validation & monitoring set-up.
- Well versed with performance reporting defect reporting Nonfunctional test results analysis & driving defect resolution with development team.
- Manage big onsite-offshore teams
- Lead End-to-end phases of performance testing, including :
- Performance Requirements Definition
- Test Planning & Scheduling
- Test Environment and Data Planning
- Knowledge of usage and implementation of performance test tools and technologies
- Analysis of test results including identifying performance bottleneck
- Defect Tracking and documentation
- Knowledge of APM tools (AppDynamics/Dynatrace)
- Knowledge of CI/CD Implementation
