What Youll Do

Be a performance expert who understands how the features should work in various loads and scale situations and the impact on the rest of the system. Use this insight to design performance tests, execute these tests and identify the bottlenecks.

Be a self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience Youll Bring:

Must possess minimum 4 years of experience in performance testing

Experience working with Performance Engineering Tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace or similar to capture and analyse information to identify performance issues.

Strong background implementing and/or using industry standard performance testing and automation tools like Jmeter, BlazeMeter, Load runner etc.

Able to provide clear and concise performance test reports using graphical and statistical data of application and server performance metrics.

Execute and monitor load tests to verify that the application meets designated performance requirements.

Document defects related to the application and system performance and the logging of defects in applicable tracking tools.

Ability to work with Development and Architecture teams on identification and troubleshooting of performance related issues.

Must have Powershell and batch scripting experience

Must be strong in one of the coding languages : Java, C#, python etc.

Knowledge of web services and implementing APIs

Sound knowledge about SQL / PL-SQL, stored procedures and SQL Server database

Strong knowledge on QA processes and methodology

Knowledge of mobile platforms such as Android, iOS, Windows Phone (Would be an asset)

Familiarity with at least one of the versioning control systems (Would be an asset)
