The Corporate Services IT Delivery – Enterprise Asset Automation (EAA) team needs you! Â
As a Performance Catalyst, you’ll play an active role in implementing our sector’s transformation by deploying tools and work methodologies. Using your leadership skills and knowledge, you’ll help teams adopt and manage changes.Â
Your role:
- Carry out financial monitoring of all  delivery EAA delivery commitments related to capacity and cost centres
- Ensure information quality, analyze performance indicators and periodically provide associated financial reports
- Work towards automating the production of reports and indicators
- Ensure that the tools required to roll out KPIs, dashboards and script automation are put in place to make it easier to improve team efficiency and deliver value
- Promote the adoption of measurement culture within the sector and support teams with deployment
- Work with the corporate transformation team on implementing structuring initiatives (introduction to flowtime, new capacity measurement and management tools, standardization of work processes for teams, etc.)
- Provide support to teams and projects in implementing their work structure (Jira, PowerBI, LeanIX), including the initial ideation process and training
- Act as a change agent for the management, delivery and orchestration teams
- Provide management with all the information needed to make decisions and influence IT and technology orientations and policies (dashboards, etc.)Â
- Be an ambassador for the sector’s transformation and promote continuous improvement.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR university certificate and 4 years of relevant experience
- Financial knowledge (budget projections/current situation, CAPEX, OPEX, financing levers (RTB/CTB)
- Knowledge of the following tools: PowerBI, JIRA, Scripting, Confluence, Excel
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodology
- Experience in data analysis
- Positive, mobilizing and inclusive leadership style
- Ability to work in a teamÂ
- Ability to organize and conduct meetings with stakeholders from different fields
- Good organizational skills, independence, thoroughness and initiative
- Focused on achieving goals and meeting deadlines
- Technical knowledge and ability to adapt
- Functionally bilingual, spoken and written (English and French).
