The People and Culture Business Partner at Morphum Environmental is a newly created role to support the changing needs of a growing company.  As part of our tight-knit business performance team, the role will be responsible for developing the people and culture programme and initiatives. Do you want to manage an innovative and future fit approach to recruitment, employment branding and talent development? Other responsibilities include;

  • Facilitating the development of People and Culture strategy and plans
  • Leading People and Culture operations and initiatives ie wellness, diversity & inclusion
  • Supporting effective and consistent performance management
  • Providing sound generalist HR advice across the business
  • Managing and facilitating ER issues, performance management, policies and procedures.
  • Leading and implementing organisational development programmes
  • Providing a focus on retention, culture change and enhancement

About you

You may be a People and Culture Business Partner looking for a new challenge working within an industry that works on important issues or an experienced People and Culture Advisor ready for the next step.

  • To share our focus and commitment to co-creating flourishing ecosystems. Working with clients, stakeholders and changemakers to increase motivation to achieve our wider goals.
  • To have a passion to put people before process
  • To be a leader in the business as an advocate, coach, innovator, translator
  • Extensive HR generalist experience (5+ years) with proven performance

A passion for people, the environment and sustainability is essential.
