The People and Culture Business Partner at Morphum Environmental is a newly created role to support the changing needs of a growing company. As part of our tight-knit business performance team, the role will be responsible for developing the people and culture programme and initiatives. Our focus is on wellbeing rather than compliance, with a vibrant healthy workplace to support passionate people delivering energy, innovation and sustainable outcomes for communities. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our leadership team and directors, form deep relationships across our diverse team, and provide expert advice to enhance culture, grow our people and support achieving our vision.

You may be a People and Culture Business Partner looking for a new challenge working within an industry that works on important issues or an experienced People and Culture Advisor ready for the next step.
Ideally you will have a degree in HR or management. To be successful you will also need:
