Job Description

The People and Capability Coordinator will provide support to the directorate with a focus on organisation and documentation for projects. This role will be a point of call for the directorate by facilitating functions such as logistics, facilitating meetings, creation of project documentation, and supporting project/directorate planning.

This is a great opportunity to be included in transformative work within Human Resources where you can develop high-demand skills in a supportive environment.

Mōu - About you 

Communication is your strength and you enjoy engaging with a range of people, including all levels from colleague to Director. As Coordinator, you will be the first point of call, providing project and administrative support. You can manage multiple tasks while adhering to timeframes and maintaining organisation.

You are a problem solver and are confident in your decision-making ability. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude will be an asset to this role.

You will need the following skills and experience to be successful:

Essential:

  • Curiosity and demonstrated ability to learn and master new tasks effectively
  • Experience in managing relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt in changing environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Good level of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills

Desired:

  • An understanding of Human Resources functions and processes
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience in relevant field
