Job Description
Join a fantastic team with a vibrant culture, as a Payroll Officer. This part-time role reports in to the Payroll lead and works across the IMS Payroll, Xero and Timefiler systems.
- Assist with fortnightly Payroll of casual, salaried and shift based employees
- Process variations to payruns, assist with the collection of employee information
- Assist with journals and month-end/reporting processes
This is a role that will work around your capability and keep you challenged, as you learn. We are ideally looking for a candidate who has knowledge of the Holidays Act, experience in a Payroll or Finance team and a love for problem-solving.
