About the Role
In this full time role you will be part of the Payroll & HR Shared Services team and have the flexibility to work from any of our offices nationally, and may work from home from time to time.
Reporting into the Payroll & HRSS Manager you will work collaboratively in managing all payroll functions ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of payroll operations and provide support and guidance to all APM employees in relations to pay related matters.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need at least two years end to end Payroll experience in high volume environment (2,000+ employees). You will have experience working in a fast paced and busy environment.
You will have experience and an understanding of interpreting multiple Modern Awards. You will be a team player, an effective communicator, have strong attention to detail and be able to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
