Big Night Out Tours is seeking a part time exceptional individual to lead and head up our team as the General Manager based in Queenstown, New Zealand. 

Big Night Out Pub Crawl run's guided pub crawl tours around Queenstown’s hottest bars, clubs, pubs & night spots for over 10 yrs. Operating a fully guided tour 2/3 nights a week we are seeking a General Manager to lead the operations in Queenstown.  

General Manager Responsibility:

Obtain business efficiency by managing staff whilst establishing and accomplishing business objectives.

General Manager Job Duties:

Building a new team, and putting together the new tours. Working with the company senior management in QT and Australia to bring BNO up to the professional level it has always been. 

● Increase employee effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating values and objectives, assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information opinions.

● Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organisations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Manage the team by maximising profits through targets and motivation.

General Manager Skills:

Management proficiency, coordination, coaching, developing standards, process improvement, decision making, quality management, reporting.
