We have an exciting opportunity that has opened up to join the Father Rabbit retail team. We are looking for superstar sales assistants to join our Herne Bay, Kingsland and Newmarket store. 

• Herne Bay | Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday & Monday
• Kingsland | Saturday & Sunday
• Newmarket | Sunday & Monday

Key accountabilities include:

• Driving sales and customer satisfaction to an exceptional standard
• Building and nurturing long lasting customer relationships
• Maintaining store appearance to the Father Rabbit standards

Applicants must have:

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality or sales
• Ideally experience in retail & people management
• Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members
• Be passionate about interiors and design
• Love building relationships with customers
• Pride themselves on going above and beyond for both customers and fellow team members alike
• Experience with Google Drive, Sheet and Docs
• Understanding of inventory management systems and POS systems
• Be able to commit to a role long-term
• A flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business as well as being able to work at any of our Auckland stores, should the need arise
