We are looking for multiple customer service superstars to join our busy and dynamic team environment. The role will include a variety of customer service and administrative tasks.

We are an after hours veterinary clinic providing emergency care to our community.

Hours of work will include the following and can be split between two - three successful applicants. 

Monday - Friday: 6pm-10pm

Saturday: 8am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Sunday: 8am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Full training will be given to the selected applicant and roles are available for immediate start.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Answering phones in a professional and timely manner
• Handling client queries
• Working closely with our vets and nurses to help provide outstanding care for our clients and their pets
• Assisting and supporting the surrounding team and undertaking additional duties when needed
• Over the counter sales of products
• Managing paperwork and filing systems

• A background in front line reception – preferably in a veterinary environment
• Relatable and friendly
• Able to cope with concerned, distressed and grieving clients
• Ability to work independently
