Job Description

What we need you to do:

  • Drive group meeting scheduling in booking, preparation (notes and agenda activities) and execution of strategic meeting activities,  
  • Support WHS compliance activities across companies related to project scheduling and delivery and ensure the office is well presented and maintained, 
  • Support the business stores for all business entities including stock control, system management, meeting service KPIs and monthly reporting, 
  • Supporting HR system updates and supporting recruitment functions for SGBCorp HR,
  • Coordinate record keeping, mail collection and filing for Accounts,
  • Action project support activities to support the delivery of services including coordination of project schedules, agendas and system management, 
  • Manage the PO register for SGBCorp purchasing and budgets and provide data entry support to the Accounts Manager, 
  • Providing administration support to the team for travel and promotional events and communication distribution for the Director Business Services.

  • High attention to detail and strong computer skills,
  • Ability to work within a busy team environment,
  • Self driven and ability to work unsupervised,
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing business needs,
  • Sense of humour and strong work ethic.
