Due to substantial growth locally a number of part-time temp to perm opportunities have become available in the company’s newly established contact centre, in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, close to Flinders St station.

The positions involve:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience to existing and potential customers
• Adding value to each customer interaction by having a meaningful conversation and providing the best service approach – providing customer love on each and every call
• Communicating solutions to customers' enquiries in a professional manner
• Working Saturdays as well 2 days during the week
