Our passion for working with families and achieving great outcomes for our clients has resulted in long waiting lists. We are looking for therapists who enjoy working with children and their families, have a growth mindset, are willing to learn and have a genuine desire to see positive changes in the lives of their clients and families.
We have a diverse and interesting caseload and work predominantly with children aged 18 months to 18 years, although we do see some young adults as well. We are NDIS registered and treat children with a variety of diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit disorder, developmental delay, apraxia, cerebral palsy, hearing loss, down syndrome and genetic disorders. We also love working with neurotypical children with delayed speech production, language delays and literacy difficulties.
Our culture centers around doing the best that we can for our clients and continuing to grow in our knowledge and understanding around speech pathology. Ongoing learning, peer mentoring, supervision, mentoring and support is at the core of our weekly schedules.
