We are now looking for a Packet Core Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, crafting, designing and delivering commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers.

In this role, we are looking for someone who will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

You will! :

• Scope, define and craft solution offerings; be responsible for the whole coordination process of technical solutions.
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
• Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions to develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
• Support deployment of solution and Provide feedback to R&D
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
• Keep abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (telecom, IT) or Equivalent!
• Minimum years of experience: Significant experience (more than 5 years) as a Solution Architect in Packet Core, validated ability in delivery
• Demonstrated ability: Proven delivery and sales experience in Packet Core area
• High technical competence in packet core nodes (i.e. vMME, vEPG, vSAPC..), Packet Core Professional Certified
• 5G Packet Core knowledge and Cloud technologies experience E2E (CNFs for 5G Cloud Core)
• Excellent IP networking knowledge virtualization technologies (i.e. KVM, SR-IOV, DPDK, Cloud Platforms)
• Knowledge building cloud infrastructure and virtualization, network function virtualization and have a validated grasp of OpenStack, networking and virtualization would be a plus.
• The capability to work independently, be self-assertive and collaborate in teams, projects and networks to achieve results
