Ray White Commercial Auckland is in need of a high performing PA to support an outstanding commercial real estate agent.
Your primary focus is ensuring that the agent is able to remain focused on dollar productive activities whilst managing as much of the administration and campaign organisation as possible.
We need you to be honest, reliable and a self motivated team player. You will be focused, great with time management and have amazing organisation skills.
You will have previous Real Estate experience, either as a Salesperson or as a PA or Administrator, as well as strong computer skills including Google Suite and CRM software. You will have the ability to multi-task and to be able to prioritise with deadlines and requests often all coming in at the same time from different people.
Strong communication skills are essential as is a good phone manner for speaking with clients or dealing with enquiries and bookings. You will also need to be Internet savvy.
Responsibilities will include: processing new listings, sales, creating information memorandums, marketing campaigns, database management, vendor reporting, calendar maintenance, booking and attending photoshoots, as well as sourcing content (and posting) for their social media account.
This is a fun, very busy role which is varied and where no two days are the same. For the right person, flexibility is on offer as well as a competitive remuneration package. Hours will be between 20-30 per week
Holding an active NZ Real Estate licence is a huge benefit to the role and should be mentioned in your cover letter.
