Finance Planning and Assurance provides enterprise wide business planning, oversight and monitoring to track progress towards achieving HÅkai Rangi. It ensures Corrections work efforts are planned, aligned and connected, conducted lawfully and safely in a financially stable way. Our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) sits within this portfolio.
As the P3M3 Lead you will be responsible for owning, embedding and continuously improving the P3M3 framework within the Department, ensuring P3M3 deliverables are properly constructed and educating project and programme managers on applying the P3M3 framework and tools. This includes providing strategic advice, QA on P3M3 related deliverables and support to the EPMO Director and various committees. You will monitor and support projects in P3M3 framework adoption, including hands on coaching, stage gate reviews and track/report on project delivery performance, working on initiatives to increase the maturity level.
You will work collaboratively with the Investment & Finance Management Lead, Benefits Lead and Change Management Lead to guide and support P3M3 framework adoption and maturity uplift across the Department. Overall, you will analyse, investigate and implement improvements across the enterprise portfolio that will result in a higher quality and efficiency of the service provided. Contributing to the development of the business unit's vision and business strategy, which aligns to Corrections' strategic objectives is a key part of this position.

The salary range for this role is $126,436 - $178,498 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
