The Outcomes Management unit supports Te Papa Atawhai | Department of Conservation (DOC) staff with planning and reporting guidance and tools: we help staff see where the work needs to be done, record where it was done and then display the results. As an Outcomes Analyst for DOC, you have a very real opportunity to contribute to this work, which results in DOC staff making better management decisions, thus contributing to our Kaupapa PapatÅ«Änuku Thrives.
He angitūtanga: About the Role
You will join a small, distributed, virtual team responsible for DOC's planning, analysis, visualisation and reporting.
Your reporting and analysis skills will help managers and staff maximise the value of DOC's data assets and tell their performance story. With your communication skills, you will help implement a joined-up approach to dashboard analysis and insight practices, providing senior leaders with customised dashboards showing key information.
This is a 12-month fixed term role until March 2023 based in either Wellington or Hamilton.

We are looking for someone with Power BI storytelling experience who can design and deliver data visualisation and insights solutions. The successful applicant will need to be familiar with integrating data and using data processing methodologies and will need to contribute to data products that enable managers and staff to use and re-use existing data.

The salary range for this position is $84,908 to $ 108,483 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
