Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing and operating in the Operational Support Systems (OSS) platforms domain focussing on modernising the SNMP solution. You will be an active part of the DevOps function to deliver significant improvements in Network capability & performance, Network capacity management and provide continuous improvement in customer experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• Expertise in OSS & SNMP
• At least 5 years experience in networking and ICT
• Demonstrated experience with SNMP design, automation tools & scripting (Bash and Python)
• Understanding of databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage and work in a high performing team, make decisions under pressure and communicate effectively.
• Build strong relationship with key stakeholders
• Ensure effective knowledge sharing
• Understand ITIL methodologies
