Order Fulfilment & Office Administration

Light My Bricks is the world's leading hobby lighting company and an exciting opportunity awaits an Office All-Rounder to join the team based in our head office and showroom based in Knoxfield.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling online orders as well as facilitating click & collect service, handling returns and refunds, answering order inquiries, as well as office administration tasks.

You must have a strong background in retail and admin and be motivated and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. We are looking for someone who will always be willing to go the extra mile for the customer. A positive, can-do attitude is essential, as there will be times you will be required to think on your feet.

Work hours are weekdays Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM.
 

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Ensure all daily orders (both customer online and wholesale) are fulfilled in a timely manner. This involves picking, packing, generating shipping labels, etc.
  • Manage customer inquiries - phone, email, and walk-in traffic
  • Handle & Process returns and refunds
  • Office Administration tasks using Google Suite & MS Office
  • Build and obtain a sound knowledge of the Light My Bricks and LEGO product range.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable office and showroom – This includes visual merchandising for LEGO sets and light kit displays.
     

To be successful you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Retail Experience / Customer Service (2+ years)
  • P.O.S software / Fulfilment Software
  • Inventory Management Software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite in particular, Excel.
     

The successful candidate will also present the following:

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Be organized and efficient
  • Be a highly motivated and results-driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Must be a team player that is willing to go above and beyond for not only the customer but also your colleagues
  • Must be confident and possess strong interpersonal skills with a high standard of communication
  • Positive attitude and must be willing to think on your feet, whilst managing your own work-flow with great organizational/prioritisation skills
  • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible, can-do attitude.
