Order Fulfilment & Office Administration
Light My Bricks is the world's leading hobby lighting company and an exciting opportunity awaits an Office All-Rounder to join the team based in our head office and showroom based in Knoxfield.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling online orders as well as facilitating click & collect service, handling returns and refunds, answering order inquiries, as well as office administration tasks.
You must have a strong background in retail and admin and be motivated and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. We are looking for someone who will always be willing to go the extra mile for the customer. A positive, can-do attitude is essential, as there will be times you will be required to think on your feet.
We are looking for someone who's interested in growing within the company as there will be plenty of opportunities to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
