Principal Software Engineer - IT

What you'll achieve

As an IT Product Management Senior Advisor, you will be driving all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments. You will work with internal customers (i.e., Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Advisors, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget.

You will:

• Design specifications for high availability and highly scalable applications which will be used by both internal and external customers by working closely with cross-functional teams such as Business, Product Owners, Engineers and QA

• Actively participate in daily stand up, 3 Amigo meetings, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective meetings to finalize software requirements and solution

• Assist with project planning, feasibility studies, business case studies, estimates and system implementation

• Analyse and document existing processes, systems and potential customized system solutions

• Support the PDM on the BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) creation, create the Functional Design documentation, such as BR100 and MD50, and support the Technical Engineer on the Technical Design documentation (MD70) creation

Essential Requirements

• Has worked as a systems analyst or functional consultant with at least one full cycle implementation experience

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Oracle EBS 12.2.x or above in General Ledger/Sub Ledger Accounting modules

• Strong understanding of intersystem dependency around primary applications and multiple secondary applications

• Sophisticated diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent team player, yet capable of managing multiple solo projects at once

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Worked in Agile Methodology
