 Must Have:

• 8+ years of DBA experience in Oracle, SQL Server, or other commercial/open source database platforms
• Experience with migrating mission critical database environments from one platform to another
• Reconfiguring the settings as well as reports to match new schemas.
• Proficient with joining and querying data
• Experience working with views in these database formats
• Ability to manipulate stored procedures
• Experience with software installation and configuration
• Experience working with high availability, disaster recovery and server tuning strategies including parameters, resources, contention, etc.
• Experience in Shell/Perl/Python Scripting
