Job Description
Description
Our Optometrist shop located in Chipping Norton market plaza is looking for an optical assistant to work one to two days a week. Work hours are 10:00 am to 5:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
job duties include
1. greeting customers, answering their questions
2. making phone calls for the optometrist, responding to correspondences
3. maintaining records, scheduling customers appointments
4. helping the customers with choosing frames. Sales transactions include Medicare and health fund claim.
5. Delivery of glasses and contact lenses.
The successful candidate will be paid at a rate of $21.78/hour.
