Operations Support– Primary Care, Testing and Outbreak

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Support, who will be supporting COVID-19 testing and primary care at Northern Region Covid-19 response within the Northern Region Health Coordination Centre (NRHCC). This is a great opportunity to be involved with making a difference to our community.

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the Operations Support will be responsible for providing hands on assistance to testing projects in Auckland, including Primary Care and Urgent Care Centres, Covid-19 Community Testing Centres and mobile services, mini-pop up centres and other Covid-19 responses as required e.g. border.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast paced environment, has the ability to learn quickly and has a can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task. We work closely as a team so you will be a strong team player.

The successful candidate will have:  

• Previous administration and operations experience
• Attention to detail
• Good communication, writing and presentation skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Relevant tertiary qualification - health or relevant field (preferred not necessary)
